Canada (Ontario) Long Sault - Quite a rarity locally. I checked records and it has likely been over 25 years since the last one was seen in the area.

Canada (Ontario) Ottawa often has an overwintering Harlequin, usually a female and occasionally a juvenile male. This one is a male. I went looking for this bird that has been seen in recent days.

Canada (Ontario) Ottawa - this bird has been present for a few weeks. I managed to catch it while it was preening before it swam off to feed.
