Canada (Ontario) Long Sault Parkway - We are in the doldrums of summer so finding new interesting subjects is challenging. That will change in a couple of weeks thankfully.

Terrific pose and exposure. You're right it has been very slow for many weeks. Out in Vancouver the smoky weather hasn't helped. Can't wait to get back in action!

I hear you. I was exposed to the smoke of BC fires years ago and it can be a health issue even if you are many mikes away from the source. Hopefully much needed rains will come on shore soon. Fall migration has begun in the East but slowly. I am expecting a good pick up in a week or so. Most swallows have already departed.

It actually hasn't rained since early May. Maybe one or two days total. Very scary. Good luck in the migration

We have had the opposite. Not bad now but record rain this year. Good luck.

Thanks. We had a lot of fun with this one. It was very cooperative because it was actively feeding, flycatching, and didn't mind our presence.
