I'm being realistic because I don't have plans for an immediate trip and they will be gone soon. I have too many favourites from this winter but this one is close to the top.

I absolutely love the look of this bird. Not all owls are created equal (I think we've all seen Snowies that look a little odd facially) She is about as perfect as they come and capturing her after sunset meant she was wide-eyed.
