Canada (Ontario) Ottawa - Who knew I was going to be bringing you another Snowy so soon. This one has been summering in Ottawa on a residential construction site. Boy does it need a bath. Or perhaps that's camouflage "No one will recognize me now."

It doesn't look like summer in the shot but given the heat, trust me, it is summer! I've only had three Snowies in the summer over the years.

It certainy is odd. Snowys will take dust baths presumably for mites. The setting is very dusty/dirty at this working construction site and being so dry there has been little rain to wash it off. The bird is used to heavy equipment moving about. I have another shot where it does look like a hybrid, a Snowy and a seal
