Canada (Ontario) Ottawa - I was on a footbridge across the Rideau River looking down. The bird was being swept along by the swift water so the shooting time was about two seconds at this point.

Ottawa usually has at least one and it should stay in the region for the winter. Most are females or young males. Adult males are rare here.
