Now that’s a pose you don’t see often. I wonder if it was taking a dust bath. This is a Great Crested Flycatcher.You can even make out a bit of the lemon yellow feathers on the underside and the cinnamon-coloured feathers on the wing and tail are clearly visible.
YEP, he was just a few yard from me a young juvenile getting attention from the parents near by on the small trees of the pathway. Thank you for the update and comments.
