   All White-necked Jacobins are born with male plumage.
   most females molt into female plumage but some retain male plumage to give them advantage at feeders and flowers since males are more aggressive.
   This is a molting bird. Here a brief second on peace between two different birds.
   Plumage is still male plumage but the bird could be a female!!
