If anyone could help identify...it would be appreciated. The bird had deep purple at the base of the throat, which lead me to think of Black-chinned Hummingbird. However it doesn't appear to range to the coast.

After quite some time, finally managed to capture an elusive old friend, the Blackpoll Warbler. He's usually high up in the trees but with gusty winds he came down. Long Point, Ontario, Canada.
