As the book says, this bird could be mistaken at first for many other types of birds. Not put off by an Andean Bear nearby, had only 1 photo click and fortunately it was in focus. Bellavista Forest Reserve

A new species for me made a brief appearance at a feeder at Zuroloma. As with most locations in the Ecuadorian Andes, it was hard to keep up with the bird activity - a great challenge to have.
