This is also called Montane White-eye, and for good reason. We found this one at over 3000 m altitude!

This bird is quite plain but it is interesting (for me) because its group is believed to be the ancestor of the wheatears. They are also found on the slopes of Mount Kenya and are quite tame!

The Tolfa Hills, about an hour North of Rome, are the best spot in Italy for this gorgeous species, and also very interesting for many other species. It is a quite wild spot!
