This tiny hummer is very difficult to photograph as it darts,bee like between the flowers.The adult male of this species is spectacular but this is the best I could do.
It looks like a female but you can see the beginning of green spots on the gorget so it is an immature male whose crest has yet to develop.

It seems that Canada Warblers were easier to see in the Andes than during spring migration at Long Point,Ontario.
This one was taken at high altitude,Guango Lodge,Napo Province but we also saw them much lower down in southern Ecuador
