Blenheim - Ruddy Ducks are uncommon or rare in much of the province but they can be found in good numbers in a few areas in the southwest during migration.

I remember seeing a male in May near Long Point, but otherwise little experience with this species
The tails were not cocked all the time so I waited until I could get a number of them up. These are cool looking ducks. We don’t see numbers like this in the spring.
