Toronto - I returned to see this rare overwintering male before it heads north. Shooting conditions were much better than on New Year's Day, with no heat shimmer and moderate wind. The bird also came closer one time during my four-hour stay.

A long and tiring trip with a 4 km walk to get to the bird but it was well worth it.
