Seen taking cover in a thunderstorm. This bird also caused some confusion as it's not very green, and the bill is 2-toned. The tail in other photos however is very rufous. Gamboa, Panama.

This species caused some confusion with the group of birders that had assembled. After much review it appears to be a Yellow-crowned Tyrannulet especially with the prominent wing bars that are not seen in this photo. Happy to hear other opinions though. Gamboa, Panama.
