A scene I didn't think I'd ever see - an Aplomado Falcon being chased by a Kestrel. What made this so unexpected was that I wasn't aware this species was present in Texas. Laguna Atascosa National Wildlife Refuge.

Seen from our Whooping Crane tour boat. The Ibis was a life bird for me, but was a distraction to most who were looking at Whooping Cranes at the time.
