Ottawa - I returned to watch this bird for a few hours. It was hunting off and on but didn't come up with a vole so when it got hungry, it went to one of its caches and had a frozen dinner. :)

Great capture.
I spent three hours watching but it only moved to a good perch once.
So it was worth waiting three hours, finally you got a good shot.
Absolutely. Good thing I was warmly dressed. It has been a cold three weeks.
