BrianMorin: Nice to have it with a contrasting background. It is a juvenile White Ibis. While Glossy and White-faced are found in parts of Western Canada, this bird is only in the US Southeast.

On the beach, flying overhead, not of the best quality, but this bird tail was like a forck formation. a first for me to see it.
