Mousebirds really deserve their name! They move around in the trees like mice. Usually they are in large flocks and can easily be spotted when they fly from one tree to the other.

This bird was photographed at the Skukuza camp in Kruger NP. It is a member of the bushshrike family and is quite common, especially near water.

Another rather localized species. It is hard to identify, but has a rather long and slender bill that distinguishes it from other red-billed terns.
