St. Andrews West - I returned to the location where I shot the Red-bellied Woodpecker last month to see if I could get pictures in sunlight. It took some time for both the bird to appear as well as the sun but eventually it worked out.

Ottawa - the bird is standing on ice. There is a small opening in a pond with a pile of Mallards and a pair of wigeon. Normally you can't get close to most ducks other than Mallards but when conditions force them into a tight area they may lose their inhibition.

Moose Creek - This may be Ontario's first Pink-footed Goose. It was seen one year ago in the same location and this bird was here today. Is it the same bird? That is quite possible.
